9 Months Old!

Lucy turned nine months old this week! I am amazed at how fast she is growing and how much she is learning. We went for her check up on Friday and she weighs 18.6 lbs and is 29 in. tall. She was a good girl at her appointment and was so happy she didn't have to get any shots this time!

She is:

-saying da-da

-pulling up on everything

-turning the pages in books as I read to her

-feeding herself puffs

-waving hi and bye

-still loving Maizy AND the dog toys

-crawling to greet Daddy when he comes in from work...so cute :)

-loves to give kisses...my favorite thing!

She is the best girl ever! We are so blessed to have her in our lives.

This week we went back to My Gym with our friends! Then, we went to a beautiful field of bluebonnets to take pictures. Lucy loved sitting in the middle of the flowers...she even tried to eat them! It was hard to get her to look at the camera because she was so interested in the flowers!!

Go, Go, Go!

Lucy is crawling all over the house and pulling up on everything! We've also been doing fun things with our play group. Last week we went to the Dallas Zoo. I don't think that the kids saw many animals, but it was a beautiful day and we enjoyed being outside. This week we all went to a class at My Gym (a kids gym in Frisco). Lucy had lots of fun crawling around and playing with all of the toys and equipment. She has a new face that she's making all the time (you can see it in several pics below)!

Lucy's First Easter

We had a wonderful Easter in Athens. Lucy is officially crawling now and trying to pull up on everything...boy am I busy!!!
