18 Months Old!

I probably sound like a broken record, but I can't believe how fast time flies. Our baby is a year and a half old already! We'll go be going in to see Dr. Newton for her routine check up on Valentines Day. She is talking and communicating with us more and more everyday. My favorite things she is saying now are:

"oh no", "O....K....", "Daddy", "honey" (she hears me call Carl this all the time), "hug" and "oop" for oops! Our days are filled with lots of chatter and laughter. She is such a fun little girl!

Busy Girl!

Lucy has been busy playing and running around the house lately. Every morning after she wakes up she says "play", and she has also started coming up to me and Carl and pulling on us saying "mamma play" or "dada play"...it is so cute AND impossible to resist! Taking pictures of her is becoming quite a challenge because she is always on the go! She is so much fun at this stage. We LOVE her!!!

Snow Day!!!

We had about 6 inches of snow today and Lucy LOVED it!

Happy New Year and 17 Months Old!

I can't believe that it is 2011 NOR that Lucy is 17 months old already! Last week was so much fun. Carl was home most of the week with us, which we loved! We also had Christmas with Meme and Pop! Then, they stayed with Lucy so that we could go to dinner on New Year's Eve with our friends The Enns. We had such a fun time!

Lucy is such a busy girl at 17 months!!! She now weighs 23.5 lbs, is a great eater and loves fruit. She is now only taking 1 nap a day, which has been an adjustment for both of us. She also loves to talk and keeps Mommy company all day long!
