We went to visit the Easter bunny. Lucy LOVED her...Lily not so much! Lily liked her from a distance, but she didn't like me leaving her on her lap.

Lily's Baptism and More

We had Lily baptized at First Presbyterian Church in Athens over the weekend. She was OK until we handed her off to the minister. She was unsure of him and started to cry when he sprinkled water on her head! Lucy was standing with us and was really concerned for Lily. She said "Why did you give her to that man?" and "Mommy, you need to get a paper towel and dry her off!". It was a special day for our family, and we were so glad to have both sets of grandparents there with us.

We were also in Athens to host a baby shower for Thiana (Joseph's wife). She is having a baby girl in May. We are so excited to have another little girl in our family!

Lucy's first movie!!! She was such a good girl...she sat still through the whole thing.

Lily's First Haircut/Amy's Baby Shower

Lily got her first hair cut last Friday and she did great! Then, on Saturday, I helped host a baby shower for my best friend Amy at our home. She is having a girl and I could not be happier for her!

Lily's new favorite thing to do is crawl with things in her hands (toys, spoons, etc.)

This past week marked one year since my sweet Maziy passed away. She was my first baby and I had her for 13 wonderful years. I still think about her everyday and miss her so much!

Lucy LOVED Maizy and still talks about her at least once a week.

I even fixed Lily's hair like Maizy's the other day :)
