Fun Weekend with Family & Friends

Carl's sister and her children from Connecticut were in for their annual summer visit, so we spent the weekend at Meme and Pop's.  We had lots of fun visiting, playing games and hanging out together.  On Saturday, we attended sweet Corbin's first birthday party.  It was so much fun seeing all of our friends!

We are having so much fun in Athens playing and swimming.  We've also tackled potty training and Lucy is doing great!!!

Lucy and I went to the park one morning during Lily's nap.  She had a blast playing and even met some new friends :)!  Can you guess what she liked doing most?

She has even learned to swing herself in the big swings!

Goodbye Frisco...Hello Athens!

The movers came on August 1 and we headed to Athens.  This was by far the most difficult move we've made!!!  All of our belongings are in three places (a storage building, a pod, and in Athens)., The girls and I are settled in, and look forward to seeing Carl on Thursday nights!  We miss our old life in Frisco...our neighbors, sweet friends and Meme and Pop.  But, I know this will all go by quickly and be so worth it!  We love seeing Pia and Grandaddy everyday and are so grateful that they are letting us stay with them.
