Play Dates Galore

We've had such a fun summer playing with old friends and with new friends.  This spring we joined 2 new playgroups in Lakewood (one for Lucy and one for Lily) and are loving getting to know new moms and kiddos.  We have hosted 2 swimming parties at our house this summer for our playgroups (it was a little too chaotic to get my camera out though) and are having one more group over to swim next week.  We are soaking up every last bit of summer that we can before school starts next week! 

The Ray's had us over for a water play date a couple of weeks ago.  There was a fun water slide, pool, fun bubbles and yummy snacks!  It was hard to get pictures because the kids were running around having so much fun!  We loved seeing our Frisco friends!!!

There is a new, cute place called Bake & Play Cafe right by our house.  We met Lisa, Bowen and Grant there the other day to play.  Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of all 4 kids together.

My friend Betsy and her kids Ella and Ryan came to swim the other day.  Just like us they just moved from Frisco to Lakewood.  I'm so glad they are here!

Ivy came over to play one morning and then we went to lunch!

Kellie, Hadley and Ella came to see us one more time before they went back to school.  We had a fun day shopping and swimming! 

Our First American Girl Doll Experience

Last week when Mom came to visit we took the girls to the American Girl Doll Boutique!  They both have dolls with the same names as their mommies (Lucy's is Lucy and Lily's is Lily).  It is such a fun place..the girls were just in awe of all of the neat things they saw!

Fun with Cousins and 8 Years!

Tuesday was our 8th wedding anniversary!  Carl took the morning off and we had a fun lunch at Rise no.1 while the girls were in school.  We picked them up early from school and went to meet Meme, Pop and our CT family at the Perot Museum.  Then they all came back to our house to eat a yummy dinner that Mom made for us and to swim.  K-T-Bug and Ella came to see us this week (Hadley had basketball practice and couldn't come).  The girls loved having Pia, K-T-Bug and Ella swim with us!
