My Little Fishes

The girls started taking swimming lessons in February twice a week and then dropped to once a week this summer.  Lucy was swimming at the beginning of the summer but she has gotten so much better!  Lily has really progressed in the past month and is now swimming AND coming up for breaths!  She said the other day "I can swim all by myself like Sissy now!"  I couldn't be more proud of them and have loved watching them learn to swim this year!

A Weekend Full of Birthday Parties

This past weekend we went to 3 birthday parties in one day.  It was so much fun to celebrate with friends and the girls had a great day!  They especially loved eating cake 3 times!!!

The first party was just for big girls so I took Lily to Meme and Pops.  Then Lucy and I headed to Sweet and Sassy for Ellie's birthday party.  The girls picked out fancy dresses to wear, got their fingernails painted, make-up on, their hair fixed and then put on a style show for us!

First Day of School/Labor Day Weekend

The girls both started school on Wednesday.  Lucy had a wonderful first day and loves her new school.  Lily on the other hand cried most of the day.  Poor baby...Lucy had a hard time when she first started school too.  I hope Lily adjusts quickly and loves school as much as her sister!
