Lily's First Haircut/Amy's Baby Shower

Lily got her first hair cut last Friday and she did great! Then, on Saturday, I helped host a baby shower for my best friend Amy at our home. She is having a girl and I could not be happier for her!

Lily's new favorite thing to do is crawl with things in her hands (toys, spoons, etc.)

This past week marked one year since my sweet Maziy passed away. She was my first baby and I had her for 13 wonderful years. I still think about her everyday and miss her so much!

Lucy LOVED Maizy and still talks about her at least once a week.

I even fixed Lily's hair like Maizy's the other day :)

Lily is 9 Months Old

Our Lily girl is 9 months old...I can't believe it! She is the sweetest/best baby. Her little personality is really starting to show. Lily got her 4th tooth last week. She is crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. There is never a dull moment in this house! Lily has finally decided that she likes baby food. Her favorites are sweet potatoes and peas. We went for her check up today and and she weighs 24.2 lbs and is 30.2 in. Because of all the milestones she's met, Dr. Newton called her a rockstar! As you can see...getting her to pose for pictures is almost impossible!
